"Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. The bathroom counter had a used soap bar on it. Laid down to watch tv about 1130 pm and the tv didnt work. We went downstairs and stff confirmed a plumber had unclogged the tub earlier. "I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better.
