Staff where great - Great base to explore San Diego. Pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, especially as i am disabled. Beds suprr comfy. Only downside is lack of a bar /restaurant hoeever Kimballs across the parking lot did nice if a little pricey food. However plenty of other places to eat close by. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great place for families with kids - affordable, quiet, safe and has the needed amenities. Staff was great, facility clean.
One point to improve : You have to call the front desk each day before 10.30 am or so if you want the room cleaned each day. This should be automatically included in room service so that customers don't have to call for the same thing every day.
Everything was really clean, quiet and staff were friendly. There’s a lot of places to eat nearby and it’s super close to everything in San Diego, definitely recommend.

Comfortable pillow top beds in a safe and secure area. Furniture in good condition. Quiet area with restaurant next door, and many other dining options up the street. We liked it enough we stayed for 3 days. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub open until 10pm in a nice courtyard, 24 hour free coffee and espresso in lobby. All front desk staff was extremely hospitable. Free parking. Rooms are nice and spacious and walls are thock, youcant hear anyone around you. Screened Windows open for ventilation if you want. Pillows are a little weird.
Cecilia was the best customer service. I have stayed here 4 times already and will continue staying here when in San Diego.

Staff was great but they didn’t allow me to use my wife’s already existing best western account for the stay. They opened a whole new one for me. Also every room I walked by while house keeping was stripping the beds they always left the yellow blanket on every bed as if they were reusing them without washing them(cannot confirm this). Some of the pillows I had on my bed didn’t smell clean or like bleach/detergent. 2 of them actually smelt like sweat. They definitely do not move the furniture to clean near or under them as there was hair, crumbs, and trash under the couch’s. Overall experience was great and food in parking lot was amazing.

There was too much noises from outside. Cars, trucks etc... w otherwise quality was good and hotel staff.

We enjoyed our stay, clean rooms. The restaurant next to the hotel has live music and wonderful vibe.

The front desk staff, especially Daniel Chvong, are so friendly. The coffee machine has lots of options. Love the smell in the lobby as you walk in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We enjoyed our stay to the max. Thank you, and please keep up the good work.

The hotel was clean, safe and quiet. I am a Best Western Hotel member who has travelled to many hotels. I have always had a free breakfast. But, not at your hotel. Matter of fact, one Best Western Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI gave a free breakfast and a free dinner which was wonderful!

The property was clean and was in good condition. I didn’t like that I had to call to request a hair dryer, but they brought me a brand new one within minutes. I also didn’t like or understand why the bathroom vanity was SO tall. I had to get on my tip toes to get face over the sink. Alfredo checked us in, and he was just wonderful!

The front staff were amazing. The location made it very easy to access the freeway. The rooms were nice but some could use some updating. If staying in National City, worth it.
