"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

We did not receive any arrival instructions by email, and there was no one available on-site to assist us. After some time, a cleaner kindly stepped in to help, although it was clear this was outside her usual responsibilities, and the language barrier made things a bit challenging for both sides.
