Hotels near National Apple Museum

"Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional."

"Don't waste your money staying here! We ended up at another hotel because of the lack of help and the horrible room. The toilet felt like the height of one in a pre-school and the climate control of the room was terrible. The bathroom was very small and not very friendly to use. The sound of the traffic was not good either. Could not reach any staff to discuss our concerns had to send an email to get answered 2 days later. Lock to main house door was supposed to be kept locked and was not. Hot tub was also out of order and was not told until the day before arrival. Again don't waste your time with these people, go somewhere else!"

"Bathroom could have been cleaner. I arrived at 10:20pm to find the office closed. There was a post-it with my name, telling me which unit and that the key was under the matt. The hotel is big enough that someone should have been available 24 hours. Walls were thin; could hear neighbor talking on the phone."

"Stayed 2 nights --- NO HOUSEKEEPING or FRESH TOWELS FRONT DESK STAFF WAS MORE INTERESTED IN HIS CELL PHONE THAN CHECKING IN/OUT THE GUESTS!!!!!!!!!!"

"Great location with Cemetery Hill just to the north good parking, clean and quiet, 24/7 coffee in the lobby breakfast is average but the view is great from the breakfast room on the third floor several good restaurants and two breweries within 1000 foot walk "

"Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Walking distance to downtown attractions. Grateful that the Inn sold stamps for my postcards and mailed them out! Definitely going to rebook."
