"Rooms are always very clean, beds and linens are equally well cleaned and the place is normally extremely quiet for sleeping. Parking is adequate and we typically have our boat with us and there is space to park it still attached to our car and electric charging facilities are very close by for recharging our trolling batteries. "The property is a one star property at the best. It should not be on Expedia. There is a reason they do not place a picture of the exterior. If they had I would not of entertained the thought of staying. The sheets were stained, there were energy drink cans in the room trash can, the bath sink did not drain and the bed was extremely hard. The ac, microwave and frig were new."
