"It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate."

"O atendimento da recepção foi bom, porém eu entrei no quarto as 15:40a cama estava com um barulho terrível pois a mesma estava quebra,liguei comunicar a gerente mais ela me falou que eu não pensasse no quarto que eu contratei e sim em um bem inferior ao que eu esva se eu quisesse o problema solucionado. Em tão passei a minha estadia inteira dormindo em uma cama quebrada 😞😌"
