"The costumer service is terrible, I haven't seen never such bad costumer service. Ar the front desk Miguel terrible, all staff really bad except one person and her name is Jazmin. Never going back to that hotel and I won't recommend it"

"Riu Palace in Paradise Island was a great place to stay. Great food, great drinks and entertainment and the beach was beautiful. Great location close to Atlantis and Margaritaville. Excursions were easy to get to and the taxi drivers were very helpful."
