"For the most part, we enjoyed our stay, but it came with some frustrations, especially given the very high cost of everything, including the additional 25% tax added before tip. The resort itself was clean, but extremely crowded. It was often difficult to find seating in the pool area, which took away from the overall experience. We also noticed that many staff members seemed unhappy. There was frequent bickering behind the bars, and limited engagement with guests. That said, the teams at Pizza Lab and the Swimming Pig stood out for their friendliness and service. One major disappointment was the cabana rental. At over $400, we expected a more exclusive experience. However, despite signage indicating that the pool areas are reserved for cabana guests, this is not enforced. Others were able to use the same space simply by placing their belongings on available tables, making the “exclusive” access feel misleading and unfair. Unfortunately, this was not disclosed upfront, and when we raised the issue, our concerns were dismissed. Overall, while there were some positives, the value did not match the cost, and based on this experience, we would not return."

"Our room was not cleaned daily during our stay. Even though we never placed the ‘Do Not Disturb’ tag on the door, housekeeping did not come inside to tidy the room. Instead, they left coffee, water, and towels in a bag outside the door. For the price and level of service we expected, this was disappointing."

"Clean rooms , incredible walk out beach front breath taking views. All staff incredibly helpful. Pool very nice..adid not want to leave."

"Nice beach but can’t walk far in either direction. Expensive to get to downtown. Reef is better closer to town. Excursions limited from hotel. Must take a private bus to get to excursions. Adds to cost"

"Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. "
