The laundry was great. Awesome spaces to hang outside of apartment, like the rooftop, pool, and courtyard. We had fun right there in the Gulch neighborhood.

Overall the stay at this property was great! We loved how close it was to dining and shopping in the gulch. It was super nice to have a full kitchen and living room area. The room was clean but there were a few dents in the walls and the furniture in the living room was not great quality. Check in was contactless and very easy! Their details to get into the property were easy to understand. Pool and other common areas were very well kept! Would stay here again!

Location was decent, not a bad walk to the Gulch and Broadway. Unit smelled really bad inside, kind of musty. There was water damage on the ceiling and the walls and trim were pretty beat up. Some of the cupboard doors on the cabinets had broken hinges. Area seemed fairly safe but unit itself was disappointing.

The location was good and the instructions were easy to follow. It could have been cleaner than it is, it doesn't shine as much as in the photos. The location is not taken over by something called Mint Houses, which caused some miscommunication in terms of the information provided like th pin at the door and the password but could be handled easily with an easy call.

This property was great, modern and pictured exactly as it looked. The hosts were very communicative and informative on how to access the property. The kitchen was well equiped and the space through out the flat was great. The bathroom was stocked with everything you needed. It was very clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment

As our granddaughter lives in the building, this was perfect for us to visit her. Easy walking to restaurants, the area was clean and quiet. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. We’re used to a king size, this was queen and the mattress was VERY soft and low to the floor. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and detergent was even there.

Great place and location.

Great location for a visit to downtown Nashville. Everything was well kept and the communication was excellent. The only thing we would recommend, and this is extremely picky, would be a couple firmer pillows. The bed was fine, pillows seemed like they deflated with the slightest touch. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen was great, however didn’t seem to be many shops nearby for supplies. It’s a bit further from the action than we thought. We had an issue checking in but luckily there was good communication and we got our issues sorted.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. The area is safe and quiet and a close Uber ride to east Broadway. No issues with communication or access. Kitchen well stocked. Only complaint was our apt. was a long walk from the elevator if you have many or heavy items to carry.

Well lit place, felt safe walking. Entrance to building needed key fob or code. Code ti enter apartment as well. Made me feel very safe to stay in. Walkable to Broadway, if you chose to drive or ride, it was close and cheap for things like that. Parking was easily accessible

Overall, it was a great property in a great location. My only complaint, which was resolved quickly and compensated, was their housekeeping staff was not up to par in preparing the room - both from a bathroom cleaning perspective and from a broken/missing item perspective. In addition, their check-in procedure left a bit to be desired. I never got a confirmation email after I "registered" with them and had to call to get it. In addition, I didn't get the check-in text (which was possibly my fault) and again, had to call to get the information. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The property was beautiful. Clean and spotless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. The only negative was the wifi that kept dropping in and out and was hard to connect to.

Unit was very clean and cozy. Close to all the action in downtown Nashville. Parking is $30/night but we got by without paying because we parked along the side of the Best Western Plus. So if you are looking to save cash on parking, I would do that. We stayed 4 nights and saved $120
