The parking lot was 100% full & when I got back from a major event after having been up & traveling for 19 hrs straight, one of the staff literally moved their car & gave me their parking spot so I could go to my room to sleep!!! Extraordinary!! I have stayed at this location a few times before & the staff is always amazing!

The customer service representative that I had the great opportunity to speak with upon check in was phenomenal. I would totally give her 10's in every area. Now as for my experience with the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. As well as the pillows. I wasn't able to get a goodnight rest do to the hardness of the bed. For up coming customer's please upgrade for a better nights rest. I correctly deal with a few back and neck issues. And the flat pillows and hard bed didn't help me. Thank you for opportunity to address my concerns. 🙏

I wasn’t a fan of sharing the parking area with an apartment complex, and the associated charge to go with it. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and my room had a fantastic view. Dining room was a little pricey, but excellent cuisine. I may not be able to stay in great places often, so I did appreciate the great room
