"Upon check in our shower was dirty and filled with hair when I informed guest services the clerk was rude and hostile with me. When housekeeping finally came they didn’t even use water to clean up the hair dirt. No trash bags in the garbage cans and not enough towels!!!"

"It was very clean property. They can do better on the amenities and toiletries. Also, the parking situation was very bad. They do not offer any self parking, only valet parking that the rate changes based on the daily market fee. The sign had clearly said $60 but the driver charged us $67 and when we brought up the sign saying it’s $60 he said that the rate changes all the time throughout the day depending on the market fee. Other than that, the property was a walking distance from the main area...

"This is a sterile corporate-meeting type hotel. Vast size with few attractions in the lobby. Our room ($750 per nite) was on the top floor with an interior window looking way down to the lobby far below, where we could watch a bunch of corporate staff participating in a gathering. Our room was a suite which meant they put a wall between our bed and living area, thus giving the impression of a small claustrophobic room. We left after one of our two nights, leaving $750 per night on our room. ...

"Beautiful hotel but be sure to book a room higher up. The street noise in front of the hotel and air conditioning system behind are a noise problem on the 5th floor and below. There are complimentary earplugs on the bedside tables, but they dont work too well....need noise cancelling earbuds.
The shop next to the lobby is charming."

"Professional, Friendly Accommodating Staff! Enjoyed the Spookeasy Bar and Lobby Bar cocktails in plastic cups every afternoon. The Location was perfect! Around the corner is Broadway! Be aware that there is a daily Resort Fee with added taxes, self parking across the street is $69 for 24 hours as well as Valet parking.
Small Rooftop pool and bar is Lovely
but would have enjoyed better if Adult only and not closed in the evenings for Private Parties. Stay on higher floors and opposite side away...
