Overall. Great place to stay. The stairways enter the building were the spot many folks were smoking. I did not like walking through that. The pool and hottub need to be PH balanced and chlorine added. Too many folks in there and the water was very cloudy. But, our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Hopefully on 1st floor to avoid those stairway smokers.

"Excellent hotel" Great service, The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious. it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, Professional and kind , not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots And Manager he is giving us outstanding customer service(appreciate this!) We had a great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The location is wonderful and swimming pool ,hot spa ,fitness center and a big hotel view. So we will definitely come back "Clarion".

Quiet, comfortable and pretty clean. For being a budget motel it has soft linens asked very nice towels. Send good water pressure! Definitely bang for your buck

The parking wasn’t the best but overall it was a great stay my key card quit workin they fix it right away the front desk people were extremely nice my shower handle was broken when I arrived but they fixed it immediately I don’t like most hotels but they were Amazon at this place it was very clean decently priced and staff was very nice definitely Recommend I will be stayin. Property looks cleaner. Rooms are very nice and beds are comfy didn't expect due to reviews its totally opposite of reviews so i would stay here again. I would recommend travelers to stay and enjoy indoor pool and hot tub. Will sure come again.

The rooms had a terrible odor. The hot tub water was black, unusable. The rooms open to the pool area so was loud. There were massive stains on the carpet and walls. The beds appeared clean and were comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly.

The property was kind of sketchy and had garbage stacked in the outdoor foyer area. The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable but there was a strange noise that kept waking me up. Did not sleep well

Jenny is the manager and all of her staff are kind and very helpful. She’s one of the few manager I would recommend for any stay you have. She is so kind and sweet and she and her staff are very respectful and professional. Jenny should be promoted to a regional manager or higher for her kindness and hard work.

We had a pleasant stay. Our initial room didn’t have tv service and it wasn’t able to be fixed. We were able to move to a new room next door with no issues, and working tv. The only draw back was it’s not far from a hospital so you hear sirens all throughout the night, but I would stay again.

When we got our room key at check in, we went to our non smoking rooms but they reeked of smoke. We had to request a change. Day two, the keys had to be reprogrammed - they stopped working. The outdoor pool was green in algae. The room wasn’t vacuumed. We couldn’t get in the indoor pool for one day out of the two day stay because pool was closed for “maintenance.” We do not plan to visit hotel again.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was dirty, noisy, the toilet seat was broke, refrigerator didn’t work and the bed felt like you were gonna fall through it.

The place was filthy. There was multiple human hairs in our beds, making it clear that either the sheets weren't changed, or they weren't changed properly. The tub and sink didn't drain properly at all, and the shower curtain leaked all over the bathroom floor. We accidentally didn't book the last day that we needed the room, and they came barging in the room yelling at us, telling us it was time to check out. I completely understand their frustration, that was a mistake on our behalf, but the lack of decorum was unacceptable. They yelled at us, even when we were telling them we are going to pay for another night. We were half naked in our pajamas, and they would not leave the room despite us reassuring them that we were going to pay. They acted like they didn't have a deposit on file in case we for some reason decided not to pay.... Our room also smelled of cigarettes, and we don't even smoke.

It was actually a really nice place. It was hot in our room, unfortunately, due to a nonfunctioning air conditioner. On the upstairs door to get inside the building, the card reader for the lock wasn't functioning properly, so we had to walk to either end of the property to enter the building. The ice machine didn't work. But other than those issues it was clean, quiet and well staffed. Thses are basic issues that could be fixed easily that seem to be a common problem at a lot of places.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for…. For us it was fine for a one night stay. Plus: Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, especially the breakfast gal who we enjoyed visiting with. Downside: Room was dated, beat up, and dirty. Walls were thin.

Stay here for sure! I’m a very big critic and travel specialist and I’d stay here for sure any time. Choice Hotels need to ditch their not so Quality Inns. Most are disgusting. Very clean, fresh rooms, towels and linens.

Pregunté por la piscina y si IVA estar abierta los días que estaría en el hotel me dijieron que si a la hora el viernes estaba cerrada porque tenían una reverberación y privada
