The hotel at large was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional and Laura(?) delivered excellent service even anticipating our needs. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We paid for an atrium room, as we have done multiple times in the past. However, our room was on the bottom level, and our “balcony” was at the same level as the walkway and everyone could look in our room as they walked by.
