"Great for foreigners! I stayed in one of the cottages and it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. But the real highlight is the staff! They were available, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to them all! "

"Our stay was pleasant overall, thanks to the extremely cooperative hotel staff. A special shout-out to Vijay, Abhishek, and the food team manager (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) for their exceptional service. The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."

"Manas Resort with Petting Zoo is an amazing place for families especially with kids who love pets! They have a very good collection of dogs, rabbits, and birds, and they allow guests to pet these. Kids freak out when they get a pet of their own choice. Besides, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. "Location of the resort is amazing however maintenance of the property is very poorly managed. Most of the rooms at ground level are having water leakage issues from roof. Food quality is nice whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also the car parking space kept in an open land outside the resort which causes battery downtime during rainy season as weather is quite chilled here."

"We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. "

"We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat.
