"They say they offer shuttle service yet they don’t tell you it’s not available until 4am… 5am flights have to be there by 3am. The lobby and hallways smell like weed. The rooms were clean and front desk helpful"

"Rooms were not clean! There was old yogurt in the fridge and made it smell terrible! There was blood on the floor. This was so disappointing. The picture are 100% misleading. There was also handprints behind the door. I would NEVER recommend this place. Waste of money. I would have better luck at a budget hotel."

"Elevator was broken. Common areas were clean and check in was decent. Called in advance about our flight time and to confirm early check in. Was confirmed we could check in at 12 and when arrived had to wait in lobby for hour and a half and then system was down to be able to finally check in. Got in about 1:45 and then checked out next morning. Good stay for a quick turn around"

"We have stayed at this hotel 8-12 times a year for multiple years as part of our travel. The location is awesome, clean rooms and friendly staff. And we will stay here again. But this past trip was a failure. We were on the 7th floor and we must have been near the kitchen or the exhaust vents. The room reeked of fried food and it was very unpleasant. We will be requesting a different floor and wing in the future. Maybe it was a one-off situation but we will not accept a room in the...
