Я не в первый раз! Чистота как всегда на уровне, ошиблась выбором номера, но ни одной минутой не пожалела, два не очень приятных момента- очень скудные и неразнообразные Завтраки, а выпечка - впечатление, что подогрели с остатков, и самое, что обидело и вызвало упадок настроения- в спа зоне перед самым носом клиента, бармены моют ноги в сланцах в бассейне, на вопрос, а что вы делаете- ответ- они же чистые! И не верьте им, что было по другому, было именно так! Спасибо! Наталья

Hommikusöögi teenindajaid oli küll palju kuid nad ei saanud hakkama nii nōude koristamise ega ka toidu juurdetoomisega. Huvitav et nendest mitte ükski ei jälginud buffeelauda, et mida juurde tuua. Seega oli pidevalt midagi otsas ja mōnda asja ei toonud nad tunni jooksul ise juurde, vaid lōpuks ütlemise peale. Tundub, et keegi ei ole viitsinud neid isegi 5 min koolitada ja rääkida, mis on nende mōte hommikusöögil.

Einziges Spa-Hotel unserer Reise, als Erholungspunkt zwischen Wander- und Kultururlaub. Und das war dann auch echt gut.

Ett av de bättre spa hotellen i Estland. Ligger fint vid vattnet. Spa avdelningen har mycket att erbjuda. Ha inte för stora förväntningar på maten. Frukosten tyvärr riktigt dålig (som oftast i Estland)

Ilus puhkus nüanssidega

Minu eesmärk lastega oli SPA puhkus.Selle me ka saime - hea, et varasem VIP tsoon( olin seal 2a tagasi)on nüüd kõigile avatud. Inimsed mahuvad ilusti ära ja ei ole sellisdt üksteise kukil istumist. Sest 8 sauna ja hulk basseine( 2 on neist 40kraadiga, siis veel lastele, 25m jne. Negatiivne on toit ( kartul pool keedetud või siis mustaks kõrvetatud kauboi kartul), kuid hind on õigustumatult kõrge ( õhtusöögi puffet 10a oli 10.- ja täiskasvanule 20.- . Selline toit ei vääri sellist hinda!)Lastemängutoas on ronimislinnakus vooderus õhuke ja valu tekitav( nii 10a, kui 5a olid jalad sinikaid paksult täis). Meie tohutu reisipagasi puhul on see esimene kord! Ka ei ole päästjaid 25m basseini juures alati, nii et lastega vanemad kaasa. Väga meeldis kaunis disain, rõdu olemasolek, põranda soojendus toa WC. Kuigi roosteplekki, katkist kohta on tähelepanelikumale pilgule näha.

Бюджетная альтернатива финским спа-отелям.

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха в нашем холодном климате. Круглый год можно поплавать в аквапарке не выходя из отеля.Отель является неплохой,а, главное, недорогой альтернативой финским Imatran Kulpula и Spa Holiday club Saima.Просторные номера, удобные кровати, хороший аквапарк, недорогие рестораны - все это в наличии. Также, что немаловажно для многих туристов, персонал в отеле на 100% русскоговорящий.Отличное транспортное сообщение-автобусы, недорогое такси и, даже, бесплатный собственный трансфер в торговые центры Нарвы. Теперь о недостатках. Очень скользкие полы в аквазоне. Материал покрытия выбран явно неудачно. Аквапарк заметно "перенаселен", ведь теперь он обслуживает и гостей отеля Liivarand. В семейных номерах,рассчитанных на 4-х человек, почему то, все чашечки-стаканчики представлены в количестве двух штук. Детских халатов нет, привозите с собой. ( В том же Иматран - пожалуйста). Если хотите попасть в паб или боулинг - бронируйте посещение как можно раньше, мест маловато.

Займитесь сервисом. портит все впечатление.

Отель относительно новый, обслуживание относительно никакое. единственное внятное от перснала было: приезжайте еще!. вечером в ресторан не пустили. резервировано. в баре еду заказать не дали. хамовато сказали спецобслуживание, кухня занята. придется ждать. долго ждать лучше не стоит. В коридоре телевизор работал так громко что было слышно в номере. выключить возможности нет. лифт приходилось ждать у орущего телевизора по 10 и более минут. (6 этаж). вода в номере появилась на второй день.

This hotel is certainly the best in the Narva region. It's near new and has great dining and bar and fitness center. None other in the Narva area matches Noorus Spa.

Ilus ja avar hotell koos mõnusa veekeskusega, kena merevaatega saunad.Peretuba oli avar ja rõdu merevaatega, Spaas vahva välibassein ja mullivann õues. VIP oaasis oli meeldivalt rahulik lõõgastuda. Hotelli personal sõbralik ja maitsev hommikusöök.

Очень понравилось СПА. Хотелось бы больше развлечений для детей. И побольше внимания от девушек на ресепшине( с нас пытались,достаточно настойчиво,взять двойную оплату за проживание).
