Firstly, from a British perspective, this is not a ‘bed and breakfast’ but a hostel. "This place is truly amazing; beautiful, quirky, quiet and old in the best possible way. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was reasonably warm despite -20 C outside. I could even bring my dog! I’m coming back for sure!"
