"Lobby area could be cleaner "

"This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very close by to Airport Terminals with regular shuttle bus service. Room is clean and size is adequate for overnight transit purpose. Buffet breakfast has a good selections & choices. Would return when opportunity arises. "

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult.They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku."

The neighborhood the hotel is located in is clean, quiet, and feels safe. It is nestled within Nihon University. There are also two Family Marts close by for late night snacks, drinks, and quick meals. "
