We contacted the management to let them know our original flight was cancelled and we would arrive on the following day. When we arrived no one was available to let us in. Spoke with management and they informed us that we would need to return the following morning at 10 am to meet with agent. Arrived and waited half an hour for agent. The building isNOT on any gps so taxi drove around for 25 minutes for a 10 minute ride cost 25€ . Had to stay in nearby hotel for 200€. The flyers in establishment said we could have late checkout at 13:00, but only person there was leaning person would was leaving at noon. Agent did not speak English and was frustrated with us for not speaking Italian. Elevator service was pay to ride. We were told it was complimentary however the jar was empty and nobody was available to provide and coins. TVremote was dead and once again nobody was available to help. The room was clean and decorated as per photos. However the building was deplorable and unsafe area. Feel like I was spoofed on the condition which was listed as superior. Fell we should get a two night refund.

Fake review. The only real information is that you informed us about your canceled flight and then we never know anything else about you until you appear at our door out of the reception time (and you had your check in immediately in anycase). Unfortunately our fault was to be too kind to any person and try to help in any case, even when they are person like you. Fortunately your review is completely invented that is very hard to believe to your words.

Very disappointed We were told on the morning of our arrival that some services ie elevator , airport shuttle and hot water were not available due to “ earthquake” and lightening the night before- we couldn’t understand this as all other services were functioning in the city and airport. - No hot water until late evening of our second day then limited hot water available Elevator was out of service until second evening No hotel shuttle available The lodging was not as advertised or previously reviewed

The center of national research didn’t inform about the earthquake…sorry! All we need to do is laughing at your review…But we don’t like have fun in case of natural dangerous evenience like this…The driver wasn’t available not for the earthquakebut because you didn’t reserve it before your arrival (we have just few collaboration because we are a small place). This is more to inform other potential guests that for you:In our city last week we had a thunderstorm and an earthquake that caused a lot of electrical damages in our area so that we informed our guests before the arrival about the small problem that happened to the building. Some of decided to cancel for free, some other said it was ok because they didn’t mind (this guest was one of them)…

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Only negative is the five-story walk-up. There is an elevator but it's easier to take the stairs.

Thank you to Alice & Luca and team. We enjoyed our stay. N’Art is an easy 4 min walk from Napoli Centrale, so if you are arriving by train, this is an easy location to find. N’Art team are very nice and helpful. Room is simple and very nice, really comfortable bed! Air con works really well. Breakfast and coffee was fresh and nice. Highly recommend 😎

Great stay at N’art suites. Very close to central station and metro as well as restaurants and laundry. Excellent communication - was able to message with owners about any questions and got clear instructions on check in. Greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The owners were very sweet and place had a cute vibe, a true B&B. Great local recommendations from the owner on check in. Would def stay here again.

The hotel is great. Very cozy and comfortable. Rooms were good size. Breakfast was simple but useful to grab a quick bite and head on out. The location is fantastic since you are in the central plaza where you can take trains, metro, bus and a shuttle to the airport

The property was very clean and convenient, since we were planning day trips to nearby islands. It was a 5 min walk from the train and a 15-20 min walk to the ferry dock. The building is very old but we’ll maintained and interesting! Outside, the area is pretty dirty, but other than lots of street people, we didn’t see any trouble, and there were plenty of restaurants with lots of people around. The nearby pizza is inexpensive and very very good! We would stay here again.

A great place to stay in the city centre of Naples! Very clean and spacious rooms with modern interior. We especially enjoyed the common space which was stocked with refreshments and plenty of books in a small library. Overall, a good stay with everything you need

The perfect stay in Naples. Super well located both from the Alibus airport shuttle and the main station. Super safe and clean space. Owners were wonderful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend it and love to stay again.

The property had great communication from the start. Luca asked for all the required information days before we checked in and once I provided it to him he provided all the info information we needed for an extremely smooth check in. It was quite wonderful actually. We had a balcony, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the bedroom layout was spacious for 3 people. We loved the common area with all the books etc. We felt very safe, clean, and welcomed. Very comfortable stay. It was also a 5 minute walk from the Napoli Centrale station. Thank you guys!!!

Only stayed one night but it was a great night. Property very close to the train station where you can also get a bus to the airport. Hosts were very welcoming and gave some good suggestions of what to see and so in a short stay. Room bigger than expected and perfectly clean. Property on 5th floor so remember to have 10c for the lift!

Spotless and amazing rooms
A really lovely place and very convenient for transport. In a beautiful old building and a lovely communal area. The room was spotless. The host was very communicative and couldn't have been more helpful. Im always so nervous when booking places to stay but was very pleasantly surprised.

My boyfriend and I checked in late but were accommodated well. Luca gave us thorough instructions on how to enter the property. He checked up on us throughout our short stay and even quickly responded to our questions. The room itself was clean and cozy. A/C worked great! Not much of a view but the place is right next to the train station which is convenient. There are many restaurants around and the port is close by. Only thing we wished it had was a fridge. There are drinks available in their cute little lounge inside the mini fridge. Overall, it was good stay!

Great location literally one minute from Garibaldi (main station). The place was sparkling clean and everything in perfect condition. Lost of nice decorations and could see that it was well thought for comfort if guests. Check in check out all smooth, perfect hospitality. I am coming back 👍

The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. Gave us great recomendations for dinner. Great location, very central. 5min walk from train station and the metro is right outside. Newly renovated, spotless clean and very comfortable bed.

まず、WhatsAppを入れていないと入室できないと思った方がいいです。 私は移動中でWhatsAppへのアクセスがうまく行かず、かなり焦りました。 結局すべてWhatsAppでのやり取りに終始し、残念ながらオーナーさんとお会いすることは一度もありませんでした。 またエレベーターは一回10セント必要です。 10セントは管理人のような人に両替してもらいましたが、手数料を取れたます。 事前に準備していた方が良いです。 さらに5セント×2枚は使えません(管理人もいなかった時、階下の保険会社の方に両替をお願いしました)。 一番の問題はアリです。 最初は気が付かなかったのですが、窓の下から大量のアリが出てきて本当に困りました… 離れたところに置いていたスーツケースにもアリが登ってきていて、阿鼻叫喚。 ただ、お部屋は広くおしゃれです。 窓から遠くにちょっとだけ海も見えます。 共有スペースも広い。 けれど、共有スペースにコップやカトラリーはなし。 また、別の部屋の前を通りかかったら、スタッフと勘違いされて明日は掃除してくれなどと言われました… 最近ありがちなスタッフがほぼいないがらんとしたスペースなので、人によっては戸惑うと思います。 何かあったらWhatsAppでとのことでしたが、すぐに対応してはもらえないと思っていた方が良いです。 場所は駅から歩いてすぐですが、危険な地域ではありません。一階にスーパーがあり、セキュリティもしっかりしています。

Hi, thank you for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed the room and the common area. unfortunately in the booking description it says that guests can do self check-in, to send you instructions whtsapp is the fastest way, you didn't even receive the email so the problem was more yours than mine actually! for the ants we checked several times .... I saw 2 in number ..... sorry it must not happen, they could eat the guests :-) good day

Even though I have messed up with the dates of reservation, they were kind enough to offer us a room on the same days we wanted without loosing our money. Both Alice and Luca were warm welcoming and sweet, and recommended places and restaurants to visit. I even asked about scuba diving and they were kind enough to ask around and get me a number of the best ones. The room was super clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning. The place was ideal, 5 minutes away from the central station. Reasonable prices, comfortable, clean, and safe. No regrets. Very much recommended.

駅チカで、すごく綺麗なお部屋！！ オーナーさんもすごく良い人でとても良い時間を過ごせました！ お部屋はセンスが良く本当に素敵で、マフィンなどのおやつを毎日ベットメイキングの際に置いてくださってて、美味しく頂いてました。 駅からも近いので何かと便利で助かりました

The place to be in Napels!
N'Art Suites is the place to be when visiting Napels! The suites are located in an old building and the rooms have some authentic details but are very modern and the owners paid attention to the details with the design of the room. Location is very central, we walked everywhere around town, but the metro is also jusy around the corner. Furthermore the owners are super friendly and willing to give you some advice on what to do.
