A little confusing to find at first if you arrive later in the night. But a nice clean and spacious hotel with great restaurants and eating choices around. Awesome location

Property was great and in a great location. Walkable to the waterfront and sights within Naples. Parking was a bit far and once we were in the lot we didn’t want to take the car out of the lot. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit rough as there was a language barrier, but the lovely man that checked us in used google translate and we got through it. Breakfast was served every day, pastries and coffee. Everything was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Substance over style.
Superb rooms that have style over substance. The receptionist was very helpful with booking in, and arranged a taxi for the following day. The room had a great shower and kettle in the room. However only one classic T bag, and reception was unmanned from lunchtime(Sun). The room also had a safe, locked but the combination was known, but nowhere to speak to anyone to help. Hotel boasted sound proofing, however that needs to be reviewed. Our room backed onto reception, where we heard the water heater go on several times in the night. A reasonable stay the bed was comfortable, hairdryer did not work. Breakfast was served in the room, which consisted of 3 pastries and coffee and fruit drink. Being a T drinker I was not impressed. Overall a reasonable stay, but would not return.

Great location, clean and comfortable. There is no “front desk” so you have to let them know when you are about to arrive to check in. Which we didn’t know at first. But we just called the number and they were there within minutes. So no big deal.

The room is really clean, modern and spacious. The location is good, near the Spanish quarters and the water. Breakfast was served in our room which was a nice touch.

It is not a hotel, it is very well renovated and beautiful suite in an awful old and not clean building and an elevator.

No front desk. You have to coordinate your arrival time to make sure someone is there to let you in. Window is just to inside of building stairway. It was clean and the location is good for ferry’s and restaurants and shops. Go to Brandis Pizzeria!

Very nice inside, a little scary at first there is a big door then a little one lots of locks! Then a court yard inside with parking.But not for customers which it did say parking In description. So we had to go about 10 blocks in a not so nice area & pay 40 dollars a day! Other wise good area for shopping & dining.

overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mecla Suites in Naples, with the exception of no hot water for 3 mornings in a row. we informed the staff, who said they would request maintenance, but each morning was the same, no hot water. There was hot water in the afternoon. For this reason, we are rating the property as disappointing and would request Mecla Suites provide some refund to what we paid.

Despite the fact that I did not see you were supposed to contact the owner to set a check in time at least 24 hours before arrival. he met us there and was so kind and generous. When we first arrived we were confused as the front does not look like a hotel but rather a car garage or apartment entryway. You then go up to the second floor and the door opens to the beautiful hotel. It wonderfully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were just like the pictures, spacious and very nice. There was a lot of space in the rooms as well and the windows are tall and open to the alleys. It is a great area to stay in with beautiful monuments and delicious restaurants and treats.

The staff really make this place! They were so kind and so accommodating. We have two celiacs in the family and the first day they had a lot of gluten-free options for breakfast for us. The location is unbeatable! Make sure you get a room with street view as you'll have a nice view of the ocean and mount vesuvius in the distance. Highly recommend this place!

The suites are good, however, parking is a nightmare, and communication in English is not existing. It definitely doesn't have a Sea view. there is no one onsite reception. Unfortunately, I can't call it a hotel more like a private apartment rental.

It was hard to find the place. Looks like an warehouse. The staff did not speak English at all, even though the staff was helpful. The ventilator in the bathroom was making too much noise.

Beautiful Suite, Wonderful Stay
I spent a few days in Naples and this location was excellent. The suite was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was great that this spot is close to a lot of famous locations so it was convenient to come and go as the days went on. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Ultra modern rooms in an aging city
The boutique suites were fantastic; very modern and ultra clean. Perfect for a city break. In the heart of the shopping district and stone throw away from the marina and promenade. Breakfast was coffee and some pastries served in the room.
