Finding it was extremely frustrating. Area was covered in graffiti and the “hotel” was on the 6th floor of an old apartment building. AC did not cool room enough for us to sleep. Would NOT recommend

Central location. Clean sheets, linen and bathroom. Had aircon. Very grumpy staff. Terrible arrival to graffiti ridden seedy part of town, we didn’t feel safe here, triple security codes to get access. Didn’t feel safe to go out at night so stayed in. Hard beds, no space, no natural light; window shutter locked closed. No fridge or kettle, when asked to use fridge was denied. Half showers were cold. Room safe had no key so unusable. Like a basic youth hostel, not a hotel. If you can afford it pay a little extra for a decent hotel in a better part of town. This place is 1 star.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenient location
The hotel is in a great location close to many bars, shops and restaurants. It's tucked away off the busy street so there was not much noise pollution that could be heard from the room. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As we checked in when the reception was closed we were provided with clear instructions on how to gain access to the hotel and room. The room is basic but clean, all we needed was somewhere to lay down at night as we explored the city all day. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hostel-Like Experience with Issues, in Great Part
The hotel is difficult to find due to being incorrectly placed on Google maps. Even once you're in the right place it's still hard to find due to being poorly signed and tucked away down an alley. Once you do find it its location is pretty stellar and in a very cool part of town. Note though that if you are arriving by car it is inside the ZTL, which you shouldn't enter without proper permissions. To call this a hotel is misleading, in my opinion. This felt more like a hostel with private rooms. In our room, the toilet had no toilet paper! This was an unwelcome surprise. The shower drained poorly to the point that you were showering in standing water after a few minutes. The air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn't change off of the setting it was on. I felt like I put too much faith in the hotels.com review that it had... 8.0 stars for a hotel, and was overall disappointed in what we experienced.

Good location, simple accommodation, some caveats.
The biggest benefit to this place is it's location and price. If those are your primary concerns, you will be happy with it. That said, the room was clean, but had a few rough edges. Wifi wasn't great but better than many other places I've stayed in Italy (that were much more expensive). Getting into the hotel itself is awkward and requires a few extra steps (get buzzed through a gate, walk down an ally, get buzzed into the door, walk or take the tiny elevate up 4 floors, and finally into the hotel).

A comfortable hotel in a good location.
In a good location - not far from shops, restaurants and bars. This is a popular, well-run hotel with comfortable rooms and very good value for money. The very secure entrance is a quite 'colourful' and there is a very nice cafe/bar by the entry gate for a snack and a drink perhaps before venturing out to explore the area. There is a useful taxi rank nearby also.

Good budget hotel
Aside from the bed being a bit too hard, this was a very pleasant place. Friendly staff and centrally located. Supermarket a couple of doors down.

It was just ok, outside hotel was very disappointing with all the graffiti everywhere but the city is like that in general, cleaner tried her best, our room was basic , small lift 2/3 people max in the lift which tough climb daily to the fourth floor,

You get what you paid for: Location is excellent, hotel is within 15 min walk from any point of interest in the center historico. Caffee in the courtyard is very nice. Hving Carrefour in 100m helps. Receptionists are very helpful. Cleaness is average - the linen and towels were fine, and the room was clean, but the walls in the shower and in bathroom in general were cleaned very long ago. Beds are somewhat worn. The staff is very loud. It is hard to sleep at 8 am when they yell to each other from opposing ends of the lobby.

Good base for your Naples weekend stay
Conveniently located in the old town, easy to find with a GPS app, on 4th floor of an old building, safe and easy to come and go with a code on both doors, cafe/bar at ground floor, lots more in the area, including a mini market few doors down, friendly staff, good wifi, optional breakfast available, coffee and drinks to buy, very reasonably priced and good for weekend stay.

Comfortable & clean
Best location. Good value for money. Clean & comfortable. Our room was good size. Friendly staff. Everything thing you need it’s on your doorstep. Very good restaurants, cafe and bars very close by. Breakfast was cheap but I wouldn’t recommend it. Easy to get in as they gave us the code but we didn’t know how to get out of the gate as they didn’t tell us.

Do not stay here!
The member of staff who greeted us was extremely rude. Barely said anything to us other than barking “passport” with no explanation. Gave no instruction as to any of the hotel facilities. The air con was broken and he through his hand in the air as if we had broken it (this was only after entering the room and turning it on!). Room was tiny, hot and dark. We stayed 1 night and left at 7am to escape what felt like a prison. I don’t normally write reviews but I am so angry with the way we were treated I felt obliged to warn other people! I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

Arrived at midnight, so was keeping fingers crossed that entry and 24hr desk service were going to be as described - needn't have worried. Entry to no. 109c and 'Europeo Hotel' clearly marked, then get buzzed through gates just set back from the main street, then short walk to end of path and buzzed through again (code can be acquired on arrival). Stairs or lift to 4th floor as noted by others. Night shift showed us to our rooms and we were happy and settled. Used Google translate to message the hotel through the Expedia message site with a couple of queries and late arrival time and got suitable responses in time. Day shift much better English speaking. Plain simple breakfast worth ordering to get you started. WiFi worked perfectly (get password on arrival). The location is perfect for beginning your exploration of Naples, or transit through. Don't be worried by local pictures of graffitied buildings, it's clearly a local past-time! TAXI WARNING - At the airport, we blindly got into an unregistered taxi. It should have cost around 20ish Euros - we were subjected to a demand for 50. We paid and those guys know you're coming. It was the only bitter pill we had to take. Make sure you get a vehicle with a taxi sign on it and try to find out the cost in advance, its only a 15 min journey at most.

This hotel is a fair walk from the station, and is tucked away next to Naples University. I found the staff helpful, although it was tricky to find the hotel. The hotel was not on the first floor, although there was a lift, which was very handy.

I will strongly recommend against booking in this hotel The area is unsafe, the building is full of graffiti, the entrance is like a dark cave, there are people drinking on the street on the side of the entrance and the room is so small you have no room to move around the bed A perfect tourist trap and scam

Good for a quick stay
We stayed here on our way to Amalfi and it was a perfect place for a night's stay. Nothing too fancy and had what we needed. It was also very close to restaurants and cafes. We got in very late, but were still able to walk to a pizza place and get dinner (it was around 1AM). The people at the hotel were very friendly. If you are staying here contact them before so you are able to get the door code to enter. This was the only problem we had. It was 1230am (our flight had been delayed so we arrive a few hours late), it started to rain, we did not have our cell phone data turned on, and had know way of knowing how to get into the building. There is also a gate that you have to get into before the building door and we just happen to be lucky enough that someone was coming out of that so we could get in. We then had to turn our cell phone international plan on to make a call to have someone let us in. So, email or reach out before to you can get the gate and door code!

Good Budget stay in the heart of Naples
The corridors and the reception area are very nice and colourful, the staff are very polite and friendly, good wifi, comfortable beds, quite clean. It is a little noisy, but it's Naples, so you need to get used to the noise of the city. Good location for the old town and shopping. Good value for the price.

We went to Naples, Italy for the food, and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel isn’t in the greatest of areas, with graffiti rampant. But the hotel served it’s purpose. Plenty of towels and the service was nice

Cheap and you'd know it!
No front entrance, access is via security codes in a back alleyway, has a lift that can fit two thin people side by side at most, or one person with luggage. The "Hotel" is on two floors of a building that seems to contain other apartments. There is no tea/ coffee in room, we had one roll of toilet paper and one towel each for two days stay, the television only has a few local channels, the wifi bad, the area is noisy , it truly sounded like someone was murdered on the street below ! There were people banging on doors in the hallway outside during the night. The street outside is full of students drinking and reveling, not a place for families. The room was dirty, dead fly mashed in to the white curtain, gghh, you couldn't swing a cat in the bathroom. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm and certainly wasn't anything like the picture. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that, only had a shower out of absolute necessity , we were only staying a short time otherwise I'd have left and found somewhere else, the place gave me the heeby jeebies

WiFi Not Compatible w/ Apple. Rude Night Staff.
They did not have WiFi service easily compatible with Apple products (not mentioned on the website that only says “Free WiFi”. The evening desk staff Barbara was quite rude when we asked for help & clarification about the incompatible WiFi-she refused to call a manager/owner to help us. We felt stranded for a night & left 2 nights early.

Great location in the middle of everything. Very easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The room was comfortable, if a bit small. But, I didn't come to Naples to sit in my hotel room. Also, the WiFi in my room was problematic. Sometimes worked, most times did not.
