Our experience was good, except for a couple of issues highlighted below: What we liked: * fantanstic location, literally 50 meters from the main train station at Sorrento, and the bus stop for the Amalfi Coast. "Hotel is high quality construction, great location. Breakfast buffet was high quality with lots of volume and choices of high quality foods, lots of staff for attention to beverages and questions. Some elevator problems through the three nights we stayed there. Most reception staff were knowledgable, one was not. Lots of little steps in the walking route that are not as clear as you might wish, so some near misses of tripping hazard."

"Terrible human beings. I made a reservation months ago, then was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a refund and they asked for medical proof. I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. Not you all. Shame on you."

"새로 지은지 얼마 안되는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 같은 건물에 도미토리 형식의 호스텔도 있고 일반 호텔도 있습니다. 전 일반 호텔애 묶었고 아주 만족 핬습니다. 중앙역 기차 전철 모두 바로 옆에 있어서 접근성 좋고 전철/기차 이용하기 편리합니다. 주변 지역이 저녁에는 좀 위험할 수 있을것 같은데 저녁에 일찍 들어와서 쉬고 아침 일찍 나가기 아주 좋았습니다. 스태프도 친절하고 다시 머물 의향 100퍼센트 입니다."
