A broken ?drain cover in the bathroom Plastic milk portions could be replaced with small recyclable cartons. The king bed was two king singles put together which is fine if there is a proper joining cover. The mattress protector does not cover the join comfortably. Convenient location. Overall I had a comfortable stay

Good stay and room was pretty modern and quiet in a great location. Ate at the restaurant and it was very tasty with generous serving size and prices were very reasonable. Disliked the shower going from very hot to just about cold (without touching the handle) whilst showering.

The Quality Inn was v dated. For old arthric people having to crawl up stairs was awkward. Getting into a shower in a bath is a recipe for disaster. It didn,t live up to what I expected in the room I thought I'd booked. The breakfast buffet was awful.

Well appointed room. No elevator to upper floor. No a la carte breakfast option — just the buffet. Parking was full, but found a nearby spot on the street. Nice covered pool & deck area. Walking distance to downtown. Across the street from beach & coastal path, but this area is not swimmable.

Disappointing compared to other places we have stayed..hot plate didn’t work..no tea towels or washing cloths supplied..parking a long way from room and only stairs for lugging heavy bags up..overall..very basic

Pros: excellent location, free parking though limited, decent price, friendly staff, decent pool, laundry services, free wifi. Cons: lacks most all accessibility aids (no elevators, little to no ramps, big step to get into/out of bath, etc.), restaurants breakfast buffet offerings are really expensive and underwhelming, place very dated and not very clean.

Clean and a good location
The room was large and had a good kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and bathroom large. Located on the beach road and within a short walking distance from the supermarkets and shopping area.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was great - excellent location and really good air con unit quiet enough to leave on overnight in this 33 degree weather. Would suggest adding coffee plungers to the rooms and as the inn is great for families if you are looking for complete silence this is not for you - great stay, very refreshing

Likes the pool and the fact that it is protected from the oN-shore breeze that comes up in the afternoon. Did not like the right car parks but appreciate you have to go with the layout of what the site lends itself to, and we managed ok

We paid $498.00 for two night's not worth that price ripped curtains carpets we're lifting just run down . And very noisy with people walking on the concrete deck to get to there room. The staff were nice just needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to $250 per night. But hey like every we're else its in recovery from covid. Very handy to main city center and restaurants
