Spacious, very clean rooms. Well stocked kitchenette and generous supply of tea, coffee, milk. Not ideal having the shower over a spa bath. Without a rail it would be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Location right on the waterfront was superb.

The tv audio was terrible, had to have the volume up high, lucky we were next to reception, but saying that, we didn't book to watch t.v. Spacious, clean room, enjoyed our overnight stay.

Accommodation was excellent and clean. Staff very welcoming upon arrival. Lovely view of the sea from our room. Nice walk along the port to the town. Local amenities if you don’t had transport.

The lady on the phone was super nice as I told her we had a late check in. Property was the cleanest place I have stayed in a long time and had the most beautiful view. Will definitely be staying again

Booked in to find one bed for three people no offered solution for three or four hours later put right next day with no compensation worst service we have ver dealt with condersending narsty manager could not fault property sad for New Zealand tourist industry

Couldn't be happier. Great room, awesome size with kitchenette so no filling the jug and washing the dishes in the bathroom! Magnificent view. Wonderful laundry facility. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here, a fabulous setting with a large lawned area outside our room with unobstructed views of the ocean. Large, very clean room with loungers outside the patio door, and free parking outside the entrance. There are a few restaurants close by, with pleasant walks by the small harbour, although the centre of Napier with all the art deco buildings is a 10 minute drive away.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with an oversize king bed. It has excellent facilities and is a short distance from the art deco centre of town.

Kitchenette was a bonus, lovely sea views and everything we needed. About an 35 min walk into main town with local restaurants close by Only negative was large bathroom with a very small shower.

Executive suite is roomy and good curtains and filters keep it cool and private even though beachfront is busy. Walk/bike trails and patrolled beach right in front. Ahuriri cafes a 10-min walk. Friendly reception but tone of notices in room and “we don’t “ lists on website more suited to prison guardroom than fairly pricy motel. Overall good, will stay again.

Nice and close to the beach and dining options. The area is nice and quiet and is not far to the town centre. The property itself is okay. There is no air conditioning and only one of the portable fans worked so didn’t get much sleep as it was a hot night.

Generally okay, cleanliness not quite as good, last occupant's sock was on the floor, and the ranch slider had been wiped with a dirty cloth, the other windows were clean which was a little strange.
