"Very nice and cozy room, the lights with really cool. And the bathroom also has a sauna which is great. Also comes with a kitchenette, fridge and microwave oven which is great. The bus stop to the city & airport is close by and hotel staff is very helpful in explaining the route, timetable, fare etc. Breakfast is decent but gets busy after 9am. A quiet and relaxing holiday with friend."

"Absolutely 10/10 stay! There is no physical reception so upon arrival you’ll receive instructions & codes for how to get in the building & the keys— it’s such an easy smooth process. Seriously was attached to a mall & a 3 minute walk to city center it was great. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop for Santa Claus Village & about 5 minutes from where they drop you back off. So close to everything. Also in a safe & super quiet area. The room was extremely clean & updated, they provided complimentary soaps, had a mini fridge, & the window opened all the way to allow cool air to enter which was good because it did get a little too warm in the night. The shower pressure was amazingggg. I could rave about this place all day it’s a great family friendly place 100% would come back. Also kiddy-corner to a 24/7 open Burger King which hit the spot on late nights lol. Great location & stay. Thank you! The photos are from views from our window & screen shots from a video of the room I took bc I forgot to take photos (oops lol)"

"Enjoyed staying in the igloo. Staff very helpful. Used a great local taxi (arranged by reception) to get around as uber declined to pick us up. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."
