Hotels near Napanee Mall

"This is a lovely, recently-renovated hotel in the middle of downtown Kingston. Near lots of restaurants. Rooms have a fridge and coffee maker, which is nice. Our room had a balcony and great view of City Hall and the water. There is parking, for a fee, in the building, and also Sunday and overnight street parking, and local pay-parking lots nearby."

"Wifi was not secure, kept getting messages about it. Check in staff member was nice and friendly, he made sure I had everything I needed but rest of the staff were dismissive or didn't even make eye contact. Rooms need art work or another piece of furniture to help cut down on noise as there is an echo due to rooms being big and sparse. I could hear the person in the next room snoring the sound carried that much. There was no hot water in the mornings. I had to shower at night to get any. Equipment in gym not maintained or working properly. "

"The facilities and rooms are always clean. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, lots of choices for toast, cereal, yogurt, bacon, eggs, waffles."

"The rooms weren't the cleanest. I found my self cleaning the entertainment unit, and runs of something down the walls in multiple places. Other than that, the staff was friendly and it was affordable. Close to anything you would need ie: restaurants, shopping, gas etc. Would return to stay again. "

"Very clean room and hallways. Nice have breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Fan in washroom was very noisy (room 308). Poor condition of pillows. Terrible duvet!!! All clumped."

"Arrived and was greeted by some kind ladies. Went up to my room and it was clean but the bottom of the dresser/ tables/ cabinets etc were all chipped and peeling- kind of unsightly. Went to the pool and there were swimming lessons happening so couldnt really use it. There were naked kids in the hot tub so really didnt feel I could use that. One of the reasons I booked here was for these things. Breakfast was good, however, there was a woman loudly changing tables complaining about the smell of the furniture ( they didnt smell) and talking to herself. She then started complaining about people from Pakistan and calling them racists. Finally, she started in on British Pakistanis and called them r@pists. There were families etc and it was very uncomfortable. When i spoke to the staff, they apologized and said she had been here before behaving this way and they wouldn't and couldn't do anything. I didn't finish my breakfast before leaving because that was very uncomfortable."

"Really close to downtown if you need to go but between the pub and restaurant and the atmosphere you really don’t need to go anywhere else! My wife and I have been there 5 times now and never disappoints."
