My room was tiny, the AC was inadequate and the room was a hotbox all night, and the bathroom tiles kept coming up and sticking to my feet. I looked for someone who worked there several times during the afternoon and evening and never found anyone.

Room was a little outdated. Ceiling fan didnt work, nice bathtub but the jets ran from an external pump which was extremely loud, multiple light bulbs were out, there was only 1 electrical outlet in the living area, only standard cable for TV. There were no screens on the windows so couldn't leave them open. The bed was really comfortable though. The Inn Keeperwas helpful amd responsive, though nobstaff are on site.

Napa overnight stay
An impromptu visit to Napa for Lighted Art Festival, Hotel is in good condition, old Victorian house. Water pressure for shower was not very strong, room needs new mattress as half of it is much lower and felt like feel could feel mattress coils.

Guaranteed Relaxation
Lovely, quaint cottage takes you back to another era! Rooms and cottages located in a large Victorian house. Loaded with all necessities plus book library, large dvd collection and board games. Coffee, tea, water coolers and snacks available throughout hotel. Favorite part were jacuzzi and fireplace, guaranteed relaxation! We really appreciate being able to include our pup in our stay!!!

Perfect romantic gateway
We had a great stay. We upgraded to a king room with spa tub which was really nice. Breakfast was yummy. Service was really friendly.

Gem in Napa
We love Hotel Napa Valley. Great price, walk to downtown and the breakfast is awesome. Also the staff is amazing. Dolly is so nice and works really hard. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful Victorian hotel with fantastic breakfast! We found it a very cozy and charming place to stay for our Anniversary trip - this b&b ended up being my favorite part of our stay in Napa!

Loved Our Stay
Believe it or Not, This Was our 1st Stay at a Bed n Breakfast and Dolly the Manager Did Not Disappoint! We started Texting and She Even had a Chilled Bottle of Wine Waiting For Us. I Love Vintage Places and There was Something Magical Around Every Corner to See. The Room was Cozy with a An Antique Bed, Even a Faux Fireplace that Was Heating the Room as Well as a State of the Art AC System. The Private Bath even had a Jacuzzi Jetted Tub! Definitely Would Return!

Lovely hotel in Napa
We only stayed one night on the way to the eclipse in Oregon , but Dolly was very helpful. Breakfast included a fresh fruit salad, a mini—soufflé with spinach and cheese, and a fresh croissant. Also juice and coffee.

What a lovely character inn. Very clean and neat. Breakfast was wonderful! Amvic, Dolly and the rest of the staff were all accommodating, helpful and nice. We’re glad we stayed here even just for night.

A gem hotel
The hotel is walking distance from downtown and has ample parking. The innkeeper, Dolly, is fantastic, helpful and friendly. She takes great pride in her work and representing the hotel. Since you are on a neighborhood you may experience some noise from the street but it is tolerable.

Dolly was fantastic communicating about check in/check in codes. Super friendly the next morning when we met her at breakfast. Room was very clean, breakfast was outstanding. Cute snack bar in the lobby with fresh cookies, fruit, candy and granola bars available if you need a snack.

The premises were beautifully maintained and quaint. The rooms were clean and reflected what is shown in pictures. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants near by. The breakfast was great every morning. Highly recommend!

I really liked the architecture of the hotel. Really appreciate the cleanliness. Love the large bathroom and ot was very quiet. I would consider staying there again for a longer stay.
