Concert at the Zenith Metropole

We were going to the Zenith Metropole in Nantes and this hotel is ideal being just round the corner from it and by the main bus routes around the city if you want to travel into the centre as we did. Staff were great and the room was very quiet. Hotel was clean and well presented. Would definitely use again if we stay in the area.

Plus points: The hotel is not expensive and has a receptionist even late at night. There is a breakfast, which was quite OK, and I was given it for free when I asked as compensation for... The negative points: I was given a key to my room, which didn't work, was given a replacement key, which did work, but found a laptop and two phones charging in the room... which was neat and tidy but clearly occupied by another guest! I was then given another room... which had no towels in it. All this involved four separate trips (three of them up and down stairs with luggage) to sort out. The staff were friendly but inefficient, and giving me a key to someone else's room made me feel unsafe, that security was not sufficient.

Tout était parfait malgré les travaux. Accueil très agréable,chambre tres propre et bon petit déjeuner. J'ai trouvée l'hôtel pour quand je reviendrai à nantes pour les futurs concerts ou autres.

Chambre propre et matelas confortable. Parking fermé et surveillé la nuit. Par contre chasse d'eau qui coule non stop, photo de l'extérieur de l'hôtel pas vrai du tout car en vrai c'est vieux sale et en parti en travaux. En ce qui concerne le petit dej il est plus que moyen, mini croissant et baguette premier prix réchauffé au four , peu de choix , charcuterie mauvaise qualité. La dame de la réception super gentille par contre le veilleur de nuit vraiment on a eu l'impression de le déranger ....

Bon séjour durant ses 3 nuits pour le travail, hôtel calme et propre. Seul petit bémol la nourriture, j'ai pris un cabillaud au beurre que j'ai attendu presque 45 min. Résultat un plat réchauffer en pot que j'ai entendu juste avant au micro-ondes de plus il était très décevant niveau goût. Cependant il a de nombreux restaurants autour. Mise à part ça je recommande si on cherche un pied à terre pour quelques nuits.

Pour une nuit ça passe.

Pour une nuit ça passe. Il faut néanmoins absolument changer les oreillers ! Sinon, chambre propre, spacieuse et personnel hyper sympa. Pb de chasse d'eau qui met 200 ans à se recharger. Hôtel sympa néanmoins.
