"Wow!! What a special place. Our favorite accommodation on our trip to Japan. The small streets and alleys are so charming and being next to the Yasaka Pagoda is incredible. "Very nice traditional house. Very clean. The host is very friendly and accommodating. However this house is best suited for 4 people or less, not for 6 people nor people that has problem going up steep stairs as the two bedrooms are upstairs. Also, with only 1 shower it is not convenient for 6 people that wanted to shower. The other two people had to find another place to stay since it was super cramped."
