However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...

"Das Hotel könnte in Teilen eine Renovierung vertragen. Wenig englisch sprechendes Personal aber das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und liebenswürdig.
