I messaged the hotel on 3 separate occasions with our arrival time on Koh Tao and our location but there was never a response and no transfer on arrival, so we walked to the hotel with our luggage.
We stayed in a deluxe garden room and there were big gaps around the doors which let in mosquitoes and the noise at night. The resort is very loud at night.

"Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry,

Een groot pluspunt is dat je gratis wordt opgehaald bij de pier en bij vertrek ook weer gratis naar de pier wordt gebracht. Erg handig!
Het enige minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt; dat vonden we wat karig. Maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk en doet niets af aan het feit dat dit een ontzettend leuk resort is.

"My wife and I stayed the night here for our first night on ko Tao before our diving school began. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful as well maintained as the properties were. I expected a way higher amount of money. They were incredible and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay with an awesome breakfast, buffet and comfortable rooms and great customer service"

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and our beachfront sea-view room was spacious with a beautiful, clear view of the ocean. Being so close to the beach was definitely one of the highlights.
