"After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!"

The property is older but they do the best with what they’ve got. We’d stay here again if we were visiting Radford but it’s too far from Virginia Tech and Blackford."
