"The staff were incredible! Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. My girlfriend and I were there for a triathlon and we were able to check in at a good time, and the receptionist made it available to leave our bags there too after check out. "

On check out the person behind the desk would not touch the card key, like i had the plague. And they would not send the bill vis email. Everything is done on paper. Tried calling the desk over and over to get the wifi password, but no one answered. Had to hotspot my phone. Time to upgrade and get with the times. Old hotel, but charged me $241. I stayed in Marriott hotels that didnt charge this much and it is a brand new hotel with a heated pool and hot tub."
