"We were there for only one night. The AC was struggeling and there were ants in the room. The shower didn’t feel safe and parking was not easy. A microwave could be usefull in the room. However, Managers are friendly and they provide a binder in the room that tell you everything you need to know and more! "

"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"All very good. Location perfect. Staff on top of their game all the time, from reception staff to breakfast room and pool area, and including the Rondo car rental guys who make it all very easy for the guests. Few points for improvement: ideally rooms would have full blackout curtains; fruits at breakfast was almost never ripe and lacked taste; it's a pity the larger of the two saunas was broken most of the time as the other one is too small. Besides this, I would stay again for sure"
