"Good location…10 minute walk from Nagano Station. Helpful attentive staff. Very good breakfast buffet with a nice view of the city. Even without room service. Towels, coffee pods and toiletries were replenished via bag left on room door. My only “criticism”…they have done away with the large bottles ..."

"We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ..."

"The quiet was lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Beds were comfy. A little too warm upstairs but cooled off in the night. Disappointed the pool was already closed in late August but we still really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! the"
