"The Landmark is a bit dated, but the apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Excellent location, just down the block from Westgate Mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
One negative: The fitness room is barely usable. The bench was rickety and nearly falling apart, and there was one set of 10kg weights, no other sizes. Please upgrade!"
"This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area.
Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city. "
"Clarence House is an excellent place to stay and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Westlands. Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options.
The staff are very nice and respectful and respond to messages promptly.

"The friendliness of the staff and employees would definitely make me have a desire to return to this location when returning to Nairobi. They all made it so fun and enjoyable to be there. Each and every one of them were always willing to do what it takes to make your stay more enjoyable and always with a smile."
"A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack.
Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties.
The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports. "
"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars.
The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request.
The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update and a more robust selection of liquor. It was a bit to sterile for my tastes - leaving money on the table for the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were nice but again suffer from a narrow selection of alcohol.
But overall - 5 of 5 stars! Truly enjoyed my stay. "
