"I was very disappointed with my stay, as my AirPods Pro were stolen from my room. I had left my AirPods Pro in the charging case on the cofe table in my room. When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. I am very disappointed that my property was stolen from my room, and I hardly recommend anyone staying at this hotel."

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. "DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had booked this property to stay near the airport and tried to get into contact about late checkin (my flight arrived at 2AM). After multiple multiple attempts, no one responded. I was not able to get into the hotel. They took my money and then left me stranded. I had to rebook another hotel last minute and I was not given a refund on this place"

"My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "
