"Exceptional property, beautifully restored and decorated. Lovely common room for use by guests. Host was very friendly and available. Short walk into town (10 minutes) and only a bit further to a beautiful sandy beach (15 minutes). Delicious breakfast with barrista made coffee and option for home made bread."

"We had a lovely stay with a friendly host. The facilities were excellent woth a large bedroom with a four poster bed and a wet room suitable for my arthritic legs. The breakfasts were tasty with cereals, yoghurt, toast, followed by a choice of eggs. The guesthouse is also convenient for touring the local area. A car is essential as it is situated between Muir of Ord and Beauly. "
