Perfect beach cottage.

Great beach cottage. Much larger then it looks in pictures. We had the sea view 3 bedroom. We couldn’t believe how big it was and it has a upstairs that had huge bedrooms. Internet wasn’t working when we got there but, they sent someone to fix it right away. Nothing bad to say. Perfect home on the beach. Loved morning coffee on the balcony. Parking under cottage. Each cottage has parking for at least 2 cars. Great location.

Nice place!

This was our first time to the Outer Banks. We enjoyed these cottages and they were a perfect size for us…,not too big for 2 people. Comfy , clean, etc. just wish weather would have cooperated.

Pretty fun trip

House was roomy and very accessible to beach and downtown. Couch needed to be cleaned and found 2 roaches during our stay. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone if u need anything. We needed extra towels and had to flag the cleaning lady down when we saw her at other houses.

This was our second time this year staying at this property. It wasn’t as clean as the first time we stayed. Just some minor things like dirty dishes in the dishwasher, floors weren’t completely clean. However we still had a great time. Love how close it was to the beach and the overall laid back atmosphere.

It was my family’s first time in the Outer Banks. These cottages are perfect. Conveniently located less than a minute walking distance from the ocean, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Classic cottage appearance, easy walk to the beach, clean, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking below the unit, nice central location, and privacy. Communications could be better. Wifi instructions in email were wrong and it took awhile to figure out the tv (no instructions). We tried to call when we got there but they (Kees) were closed for the weekend. We figured out things on our own. Overall a pleasant experience that we could recommend.

AMAZING BEACH GETAWAY

Was by far the best place we have stayed! So close to the beach, super nice, quiet but close enough to everything you need and want to explore! My kids already want to go back! Plenty of space for everyone and had everything we needed to cook there instead of eating out every meal.

The cottage is lovely, but the service was poor. It’s expensive, so guests would expect better amenities, e.g., a hair dryer, more than one roll of paper towels for a cottage that sleeps 10, etc. The management was focused on emphasizing that you could not get in to the cottage before 4 pm; they told us that there was no place to change so we could use the pool before that when in fact there is a restroom at the pool. And once we began our visit, they did , not return phone calls when we asked for the supplies they were supposed to provide.
