Walkable (via outside) distance from the airport. They have a special check-in and check-out machines at the front desk to prevent the virus contact, and an English-speaking staff helped me using the machine. Cozy room with a card key. One unhappy thing (not related directly to the hotel) was that the cashier at the convenience store (FamilyMart) on the ground floor of the hotel's property—I encountered two young girl as a cashier at different time, and both of them didn't speak English at all. It's not hotel employee, but still the store at the airport hotel. What a nonsense.

良き
朝食のところで働いている方がとてもフレンドリーで素敵だった。窓から飛行機の離着陸は見えなかった。空港から歩くと思っていたより少し距離があって小さな子供連れにはちょっと大変。シャトルがあるようだけど使えばよかったかも。部屋はかなり狭いけどとてもとてもきれいだった。朝食付きでこの値段はすごい。

This was a nice stay. The breakfast was good and it was within walking distance to the airport . The staff were very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The view outside my room was amazing. The room is very clean, a little small but everything you need is there. WiFi is reliable, and the toilets are clean. They also offer free shuttle service to the airport every 10 mins

Hotel needs to have signs at the airport on how to get to the building. You can see the hotel from the airport and looks very near, getting to it is another story. There is no one around to ask and signs to guide you. Otherwise, the hotel is average.

A nice and very affordable stay
The staff who checked in were very pleasant, nice, and helpful. My window had a view of other hotels and the ocean. I took a shuttle to the airport at 6 am, when their inclusive breakfast started. I missed it!

For affordability and convenience, it was a very nice hotel with multiple services (including shuttle to the airport). Bathroom amenities, however, were a little wanting.

Nice place to stay for a long layover. We stayed here as we got into Nagoya a bit late, it was easy to get to by either a short walk from the airport or a shuttle bus. They are in the process of installing a family mart but at the time there was no nearby conbini. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Allowed us to store a our luggage the next day while we explored the airport.

Convenient and clean
Our stay was very short. What I liked most about the hotel is that it is fairly new & clean. It’s across the street from the airport and convenient to all types of transportation. Our room was quite small, however, good enough for two girlfriends. We enjoyed the overhead power shower!
