Stayed here for F1 as close to station. Great hotel albeit small. Was one of the smallest rooms in our whole stay in Japan. The location and the staff made our stay perfect though and breakfast was lovely buffet style. Would recommend for those needing convenience of being near the station.
Location is a bit far for family with kids. However, with the price, it is considered value for money. Friendly counter staff and good service on assistance with luggage and explanation. Our window view is facing the lobby of another building and the room size is very tight if you have a big luggage or family of 4 for a double room booking.
Chose this hotel because of good prices and proximity to train station. Nice restaurants around hotel walking distance. Toilet had a terrible sewer smell upon entering bathroom. Didn't want front desk to change our room because we were there only for overnight
Comfortable, but tiny, room with VERY little luggage space. Great location with shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and public transportation close by.
Breakfast was "iffy", and the hotel seemed to have NO concierge service for taxis, etc.
But, we checked out refreshed, relaxed, and ready to continue the journey
Smelling pillow, mattress is old and sinking, charged us extra 2000yen for 2 hours of earlier check in. Usually if the room is ready, most of other hotels will just let customers check in earlier free of charge.
Easy access and convenient from the main Nagoya station. Connects to both the JR and local Metro lines. Staff was great, friendly, professional, and prompt. Excellent hotel!
There are multiple towers here. We did stay at one of the older towers. The rooms are on the older side but the price was excellent. We did receive late checkout which was great. The property has a lot of shopping, food, and activities like an aquarium, bowling, and movie theater.
8 min walk from gold clock in nagoya station. clean rooms, good food for breakfast and service is excellent. connected to family mart on the first floor and you can go to ichiran ramen close by
Nice buffet breakfast, although they didn’t give us enough tickets for our whole week of stay. I wish they wouldn’t use so much disposable plastic and styrofoam to go boxes. The room was nice, but too small for four people. The shared bath was amazing after a long day of walking.
When we check-in, reception was very helpful. When we check-out, again reception was very helpful. Especially staff mr Kawai. He help us book taxi go to meitetsu station. Showed us time table for booking train to airport. Thank you for your services & help.
This hotel is next to U10 Exit of Unimall Underground Mall near Nagoya Station. Has a Family Mart and SPA. Breakfast was nice and food quality is on point. Rooms were clean and provides evertyhing, night gown, all the amenties. Must Book if you need access to train and nearby restuarant.
Very clean and comfortable. Great location near Nagoya station. Voucher system for meals was very good - I had nice breakfasts and dinner also. Staff were very helpful too.
Hotel was convenient to train station, which itself had lots of dining options. Beds we're comfy and bath tub was big and relaxing. Breakfast had limited fare, and there was a lot more interest in breakfast than available seats, so grab-and-go was the solution. Did not utilize spa, so no feedback on the spa.
I made the reservation stated clearly that the reservation for 2 adults and 2 children age 8 and 5, breakfast for 4 people included. When I checked in I was told that the breakfast for 8yo child is not included and I had to pay the extra. Although I explained that it supposed to be included as per listed on website, the hotel said that they had no idea and I would have to pay no matter what, and if I want I can claim with Hotels.com afterward!
When I got into the room I found out that although I booked for 4 people, the amenities for kids are totally not prepared (which I always get in the hotels in Japan that I have stayed so far)
So disappointed with both the hotel itself and the website this time
This is the best hotel experience I ever had. Staff were very friendly, and their amenities are great. I also loved their freebies. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Nagoya.
Apart from having to lug luggage up the stairs when we came via Unimall exit 10, everything was perfect !
Seems to have shortage of elevator in Nagoya city .. plenty of steps everywhere
