"The hotel room was comfortable for a single traveller, the security was good as each corridor required a key card to access. I made a few requests with concierge and had a malfunction with the lights in my room, all of which was dealt with quickly. Having kitchenette was great, mainly for filling up drinking water. Location is fantastic. "

"We only stayed here a night on the way from London to Bali so was just meant to be a bed to crash after a long flight but the rooftop bar and pool was an excellent way to spend some jet lagged hours! The breakfast in the morning was easy to grab something quickly before heading back to the airport. Would recommend "

Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. "
