"Great historic hotel in excellent location close to CWU. Although this hotel is historic it is 100% updated with modern amenities and furniture/decor. The staff were super helpful and friendly, one even offered to go get me and my coworkers lattes cuz we were on our way to work an event early in the morning (we declined, there’s fresh coffee and creamer in the lobby but it was awesome of him to offer). Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Ellensburg. "

"Historical Hotel. Did not disappoint! Loved the shower and location of room number 1. Food was over the top with very generous portions. The view of Mt Rainier from the front veranda was stunning. My husband and I enjoyed our drive to Paradise and back. Very convenient location. "

"Stayed in one of the cute little cabins, very comfortable, had a kitchen. Hotel is not in town, need to drive into town."

"Trip for our anniversary with friends. made a request to not have stairs which was honored with an upgrade- an unexpected surprise! room was clean and well maintained. Bed fairly comfortable, our only complaint was the air freshener smell was so strong we had to leave the door open for about 2 hours. Staff was amazing!! Lots of parking."

"Timber lodge was the cheapest motel to stay at which is why I picked it. The room was clean, check in easy, easy access to restaurants and gas stations. Friendly staff. My biggest complaint which they can’t do much about is the train that runs behind the motel. A few nights it ran thru 2-3 times blasting the horn. So bring ear plugs. Tv had a nice selection of Chanel’s. Bed was ok but a little hard. Daily breakfast was just toast. Coffee available but no liquid creamer. They use keys to get into...
