"We had a 2 bed villa with lounge pool and beach view. Lots of space and complimentary water and coke. The staff were fantastic and service excellent. We had occasion to contact reception and had someone to our room immediately. It was a little way out but taxis are easily available and good value. The breakfast was lovely though coffee slow in delivery. The restaurant was fabulous- beautiful setting and atmosphere- but not cheap. We would go back to this hotel."

"We had an amazing stay at the Melati! It’s slightly tucked away but close to night life and markets etc which was perfect for us. It’s situated on a lovely small bay with one other bar/restaurant so away from the crowds of some of the other beaches. Staff were amazing at the Melati, friendly and welcoming the whole time, breakfast was also too good!!!! We would definitely come again if we returned to Koh Samui."

"This is a beautifully designed hotel...modern architecture, beautiful plants and small gardens/pools integrated to make up the indoor-outdoor feel of the place. Horizon swimming pools and amazing views to the sea and islands beyond add to a great experience. Staff were wonderful, even by 5* hotel standards. Its a very boutique hotel. Only one very minor issue...booked a "penthouse" room...but it was not the top floor as the name would suggest. Wth though...the stay was brilliant."
