"Exactly what we expected. The room spotless, cleaning service each day, staff was kind and courteous. Buffet had enough variety for a hearty breakfast for the long Sapa endeavors. The views are spectacular. We were fortunate to have sunny clear afternoons with breath taking mornings. Room 408 is recommended. Pool heared pool is perfect in the evenings."
