"Loved this place. The staff are very accommodating. They have really good food and room service. An amazing breakfast.. not like your typical American breakfast at a hotel I’m talking like a full buffet with local foods. Everything you could ever want is within walking distance. Outlet malls grocery stores 711 tons of street food."

"Very clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel in a very busy area. Not far from the airport, a great place to rest from a long flight. (Airport transportation available through the hotel.) Staff are very attentive and kind. High quality and extensive breakfast buffet is available for a small charge when booked with the room. Highly recommend "

"流石リゾートホテル、従業員の方の配慮が心地良く素晴らしい時間と空間を提供頂くことが出来ました。 メインプールは工事中で使用が出来なかったものの、ビーチや他のプールで有意義に過ごすことができた。スライダーがまったく滑らないのはご愛嬌で、、、。 一方、ホテルの外はツアーやバイクタクシーの客引きがウザかった。なのでGrabでタクシーをピックアップするかホテルステイをするのが良いです。"

"It was close to airport "

"Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded...
