"The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as I had to resort to Walmart for cleaning products and coming back to the hotel and cleaning it myself. My room felt extremely outdated though they mentioned recent renovations. I was frustrated that the shuttle only runs on Fridays and Saturdays so I had to spend extra money for a shuttle throughout the week and wasn’t expecting to do so. There was also an issue with the boiler so there was no hot water for about 4 to 6 hours. The staff was nice and...

"A lovely , well run hotel. We were given an effusive welcome with good information given re the area. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. We enjoyed a swim in the pool by ourselves before check out."

"Everything was amazing so peaceful clean the breakfast and the hotel is not to far from foxwood resort I had an amazing time 10/10 i definitely recommend"

"Pretty cool room and atmosphere love the jacuzzi in the room super cool. The shower is a little tight but I mean you have a jacuzzi so lol the bed was 10/10 slept like a baby and just a comfortable space to unwind. Parking was free which is a plus and they had a shuttle to the casino"

"The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again."

"I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. I like the flavored ice water and chocolate chip cookies near...

"Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future."

"We reserved 2 rooms a month ago, asked to be nearby instead were on 2 different floors. Room 2 had sand in the sheets and dirt on cover. Called front desk, was given new sheets, wrong size and had to change ourselves since room cleaning gone for day. Front desk should have offered to change the bed!! Other room was fine. Breakfast was really good, very well kept up with refills. Breakfast room could have been bigger."
