"Very nice Holiday Inn Express, that was clean, with a very spacious room. At check-in, we were able to make a change to our room since we didn't need the couch that was in the room we had booked. The Front Desk staff was very accommodating. Bathroom was clean with nice shampoo and body wash .We would stay here again."

"I was skeptical after booking and then reading the negative reviews that maybe we didn't make the right choice. To my surprise, the room was extremely clean up on arrival, absolutely no complaints about the room and it's comfort. Front staff was very pleasant. My only complaint was about the pool, which was quite chilly (I don't think it was heated). The pool light was broken and just hanging out the pool, still attached to the inside that left a hole in the pool, which kinda spooked us all out....

"Arrived at 9:30 to be told the air was out and there were no rooms in the hotel. No message or notification of this in advance. Would not have driven all the way to mystic if I had known."

"Just a basic hotel right off the highway. Check-in was easy. Buildings were older but well-kept. Room was what you'd expect, basic, clean, Only issue was the room had a sliding glass door and pation that had a parking lot/ back area of a neighboring eatery seperated from the hotel by a rundown fence. Place was quiet and seemed safe."
