"While the property was really good, staff were terrible. Rearly got any issue/request addressed during the whole stay. Had to wait for food atleast 45mins, once the food was kept on the common table and we could see it there, but got served to our table after 15mins."
"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
"Property itself is immaculately maintained and historical. A must stay for anyone visiting Mysore. Though the facilities were maintained with modern amenities, it took you back to the late 1800s where service and luxury were in tune. Sparklingly clean, great staff and food was delicious and best in Mysore. I will go again and again. Enjoy🙏"

*Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat
*Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case.
