We stayed in a three-bedroom condo, which was spacious enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The location was definitely a highlight—it’s just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I would not return to this property. Despite arriving more than three hours after the stated check-in time, our room was still not ready. There was no apology, compensation, or even a small gesture like drink vouchers offered to make up for the inconvenience.
Throughout our stay, we reached out multiple times for basic services such as fresh towels and supplies, but our requests were either ignored or never followed up on. There was also a noticeable lack of communication—no welcome information was provided, and we were simply told to check the website for everything from menus to pool hours.
While the pool area was enjoyable at times, it was often dirty and was closed on more than one occasion during our visit. The overall condition of the property was disappointing as well. The parking garage, hallways, and other common areas were worn down and in need of serious maintenance. Inside our condo, we had water dripping from ceiling vents, which created a constant mess and a safety concern.
The location alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of hospitality and poor maintenance. For the price, you can definitely find a better, more reliable place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others.
